Meeting called to order by: President Tony Lewis KG4TAH

Old Business

New Business Unopposed Nominees for Dec elections were installed for 2016: President: Tony KG4TAH Vice President: Rick KK4RR Secretary: Carol KK4CWT Treasurer: Gerald KF4NEF

John W8LWX will be heading up a committee that will include Tony KG4TAH and Rick KK4RR to review and update the club by-laws. John explained some of the issues that need to be updated. The process will take place over the next year.

Tony KG4TAH reminded all of the NC QSO party coming up in Bryson City (bonus county). Tony said he could take up to six riders in his car.

Treasurer’s Report Club is in the black.

Financial Committee Report N/a

Membership Expansion Committee Report Members: Amy Coleman KK4NWR Chair and Ken Weeman WB2RFK. No report

Repeater Committee Report Members: John Coleman KF4QDS No report.

Public Relations Committee Report No report

Christmas Party Gag gifts were exchanged and all had a great time. Tony KG4TAH gave away a free test session gift certificate for 2016. Joe K4KKT pulled the winning ticket.

Upcoming special events

Test Session Next Test session is: January 16th at the Thomasville Library 9:30 am and will run until 12 Noon.
